Bake the sweet potatoes and scoop out the insides. Measure 3 cups and mix with 2 XL eggs, 1 tbsp agave syrup, a pinch of salt, ½ cup applesauce, and cinnamon. Stir, bake, and you’ll have a kugel that’s naturally sweet, moist, and gently spiced.
