• We must remind ourselves that no obstacle is beyond our capacity; Hashem only gives us what we have the strength to overcome if we truly desire to do so.

• We must recognize that the real difficulty is not the actual obstacle itself, but rather the mind-barrier telling us that we can't succeed.

• When we're faced with an obstacle, we should look for Hashem inside the obstacle itself and see how we can serve Hashem in this situation.

• All of this depends on travelling to the tzaddik and learning his sefarim, through which we can always remain in the circles around the kedushah and eventually enter the innermost point.
