דַּע שֶׁהַמְנִיעוֹת שֶׁיֵּשׁ לְכָל אֶחָד לַעֲבוֹדַת הַבּוֹרֵא יִתְבָּרַךְ שְׁמוֹ, כְּגוֹן לִנְסֹעַ לְצַדִּיק הָאֱמֶת וְכַיּוֹצֵא, וְכָל אֶחָד וְאֶחָד נִדְמָה לוֹ שֶׁהַמְנִיעוֹת שֶׁלּוֹ הֵם גְדוֹלִים יוֹתֵר מִשֶׁל חֲבֵרוֹ וְקָשֶׁה לַעֲמֹד בָּהֶם, דַּע, שְׁכָּל אֶחָד אֵין לוֹ מְנִיעוֹת רַק כְּפִי כֹּחוֹ, כְּפִי מַה שֶׁיָּכוֹל לָשֵׂאת וְלַעֲמֹד בָּהֶם אִם יִרְצֶה.

"You must realize that the obstacles each person faces in serving the Creator—such as traveling to the true tzaddik and so on—every single person imagines that their own obstacles are greater than those of other people, and that it is too hard for him to overcome them. Know that a person's obstacles are only according to their strength—according to what they can withstand, if they have a ratzon to do so.”
