SEGULOS FOR PARSHAS NITZAVIM & PARSHAS VAYEILECH & ELUL & ROSH HASHANAH & ASERES YAMEI TESHUVAH
Segulah To Help Others Become Baalei Teshuvah
There is a segula to help wayward offenders return to the fold, this segula was often prescribed by the Arader Rav and Rav Aharon Fisher. It is found in the Degel Yehudah of the Stretiner and Rav Hirschele Miller's version with detailed instructions is found here.
The Segula is to write their names on bricks and to bake them erev Shabbos with the Challos in the oven and recite three times that just as these bricks baked and burned in the oven so should the heart of Ploni ben Ploni - insert Hebrew Name son of Mother's Hebrew Name burn with the fire and passion for avodas Hashem and then bury it in the kever of a well known famous tzadik or next to the kever of a tzaddik, many do so by the kevarim of the Kasua Rav of Williamsburg Tolaas Yaakov, by the kever of the Ohr haChaim haKadosh, by the kever of the Divrei Yoel of Satmar or Ribnitz or by the kever of a Tanna. Rav BenTzion Mutzafi and Rav Shmueli also prescribed this segula to others to do to help people repent and do teshuvah see https://www.doresh-tzion.co.il/QAShowAnswer.aspx?qaid=27591

Three Segulos From The Lelover Rebbe Of Beit Shemesh
The Lelover Rebbe Shlita of Bet Shemesh spoke about three segulos for Rosh HaShana:
- Give In and Give Up – Be Mivater because Kol HaMaavir Al Midosav Maarvirin Lo Al Kol Pesha'av (Rosh HaShanah 17a) – Whoever knows how to give in, or give up his place or turn for another, or is willing to overlook it even when he's been wronged, then on High this is done for him as well and his sins are forgiven and “overlooked” by the midas hadin- by the attribute of strict justice.
- "Anyone who judges others favorably will be judged favorably." (Shabbos 127b) Judge others favorably and give them the benefit of the doubt – when you judge others favorably and give them the benefit of the doubt it is reciprocated on High and then you are also judged favorably and given the benefit of the doubt.
- Kol HaMerachem Al HaBriyos Merachmin Alav Min HaShomayim – Whoever shows mercy to Hashem's creature is in turn shown mercy from Heaven – Also the Targum of rachem is Ahava - Love. Ahavas Yisrael, VeAhavta LeRayecha Komocho is a great segulah!
