Tehillim Protects in Both Worlds:
In the merit of reciting Tehillim, one earns good portions in both worlds. He is given a good life in this world and in the next, as the Chida zt”l writes (Sefer Avodas Hakodesh, Moreh B’Etzbah 3:119): “One who is accustomed to saying Tehillim will be protected in this world and in the World to Come.”
Sefer Tehillah L’Dovid (Ois 18) writes similarly in the name of Sefer Eretz Hachaim (introduction to his commentary on Tehillim) that one who recites Tehillim every day is guaranteed a portion in Olam Haba.
