Cooking Tip of the Week
Lokshen Kuggle
My friend Tsvia’s favorite kuggle is easy to make. One package of noodles, one large chopped onion and three eggs. Boil and drain the noodles. Mix the noodles with the onion, 1/2 cup oil and three eggs. Spice with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C till firm and browned (in my oven 30 minutes).
