This year for the 11th of Nissan (the birthday of the Rebbe King Moshiach Shlita), we printed a special “Happy Birthday to Moshiach!” banner and set it up on our Moshiach tent in front of a park on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This is a very busy street where countless people drive by every day, and there are also a lot of people walking by. We waved Moshiach flags, put on Moshiach music and gave out packages of round handmade Shmurah Matzah.
Many people driving by honked and waved enthusiastically. One car even stopped and we gave them Matzah. People were very excited to receive Matzah. There was one family who came up and said that they want to celebrate the 11th of Nissan. The father and boys danced with the Moshiach flag. People put on Tefillin. It was so nice for people to celebrate the birthday of the Rebbe King Moshiach Shlita and do Mitzvos!
