Ingredients:
- 2 Potatoes
- 4 Carrots
- 2 Onions
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- Coarse Salt to taste (checked on a white plate according to the Passover custom)
Instructions:
Peel and dice vegetables. Simmer in lemon juice with salt until cooked but still somewhat firm. Let cool and serve cold.
