"What does the wicked one say... And you should blunt his teeth and say to him, ‘For this, Hashem did for me when I left Egypt. For me, not for him. If he had been there, he would not have been redeemed.’” (from the Haggadah).
Only "there," in Egypt, before the Torah was given, was the wicked one unworthy of redemption. But in the future redemption, also the wicked will be redeemed, because they will repent, and no Jew will remain in exile.
