דבר ה' זו הלכה (The word of Hashem is Halochoh)

As we approach the Yohrtzeit of the great Goan, Manhig and Posek Rav Dovid Feinstein ZY”A it would be appropriate to repeat a Dvar Halochoh that I was Zoche to be told from him personally on Chanukoh 5774, in Mesivta Tiferes Yerusholayim.
