Jewish Academy Founded in Egypt

A new institute of Jewish learning has been founded by Rabbi Yehudah Jacobson. Modeled after the acclaimed Yeshiva of Shem and Ever, it is expected to offer a full curriculum of Torah studies.

“This is actually my father’s idea,” said Jacobson as he nailed up a large Hebrew sign over the building entrance. “He told me that before we settle anywhere, it is imperative to build a place of Torah learning for our children. And no ifs, ands, or buts about it!”
