It is Good for the People When the Nasi Sins:
Rashi states that the word “asher” is used in this pasuk because it is similar to the word “ashrei” (fortunate). This is meant as a lesson that: “Fortunate is the nation whose Nasi (does not hold himself too high but rather) gives attention to bringing an atonement offering for his sin.”
