Ingredients:
- 1 Large Cucumber
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Box Yellow Grape Tomatoes and 1 Box Red Grape Tomatoes
- ½ Bag Shredded Carrots
- Minced Garlic to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt, Black Pepper, Ground Oregano and Red Pepper to taste
- Squirt of Mustard
- ¼ Teaspoon Tahini
Instructions:
Cut cucumber and yellow pepper into cubes. Toss with remaining vegetables and ingredients.
