Blood Libel Proven False Again

Rumors were circulated this week, as ignorant boors claimed that Jewish people were using the blood of Christian children for religious rituals, particularly baking Matzah.

“This blood libel is totally absurd,” said Rabbi Leibel Genugshoin. “Every Jewish child knows that we salt our meat to remove the blood. We even check our eggs to be sure that they contain not even one small, teeny-tiny blood spot. To even suggest that Jewish people would consume blood is simply disgusting. Enough already of this irrational, illogical, nonsensical nonsense!”
