Rav Henoch of Alexander zy”a (Sefer Chashbah Tova) explains these pesukim by stating that it is known that there are holy names that contain all types of segulos. For example, there is a name of Hashem that can be used for “kefitzas haderech”. However, Rav Bunim of Peshischa zy”a said, “I just think about Hashem and connect to Him with my thoughts. Since He is the source of all goodness, when I do this I merit all goodness and blessing. When one connects to Hashem, everything is taken care of.”
With this in mind, he explains the words of the Shabbos zemiros: “Yigli li taameha...d’inun es beshmeha.” (Reveal to me the reasons... which are Your names.) This means that there are those who need Hashem’s holy names to accomplish all types of things. However: “tzrora d’l’ila” – one who is connected to Hashem above, who is “d’bei chayei kula”, the source of all life... “V’teisek ad reisha” - he ascends with this force higher than all levels one can reach through holy names.
Accordingly, the pasuk is saying: “If you will walk with My laws” and thereby connect to Hashem, you will rise above all else, and, through this, “the land will give its crops”, meaning that you will not lack anything.
