Ingredients:
- Potatoes (yellow potatoes have a good texture)
- Salt to taste
- Spices of your choice (include turmeric if you want it to have a yellow color)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
Boil potatoes until slightly softened but not completely cooked. Cut into cubes. Toss with salt and spices. Fry in oil for a few minutes, then flip and fry more. Repeat. For best results you may want to bake in the oven for a few minutes after frying.
