Mix 2 tsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp cold water until smooth. In a frying pan, heat 3 tsp olive oil, stir-fry 1 clove garlic and ½ kilo cubed chicken breast. Add 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp tamari, salt, and pepper. When chicken is no longer pink, remove and fry 1 package frozen vegetables until tender. Return chicken, stir in cornstarch mixture, and cook until thickened.
