In the Redemption through Moshiach, we will once again fulfill the Mitzvah of “Bikkurim” – bringing the first fruits to the Beis Hamikdash (Holy Temple). A Jew who owns land in the Land of Israel brings his first fruits to ripen (if they are of the seven species that the Land of Israel is praised with) to the Beis Hamikdash in a basket, recites a passage of thanks to G-d, and leaves the fruits in G-d’s possession in the Beis Hamikdash – a strong expression of recognition that not only does everything good come from G-d, but that it always belongs to G-d.
