Ingredients:
- Salmon
- 1 Box Multicolor Mini Tomatoes
- 3-5 Cloves Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Salt, Ground Oregano, Black Pepper and Hot Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Instructions:
Sauté garlic and tomatoes (you can keep garlic whole or chop it) in olive oil with spices. Place salmon on top. Cook covered until salmon is done.
