Where: In this area of Torah there are no debates...
No debates: Because peace and the lack of battle are so strongly emphasized that even in the words of Torah themselves there are no questions or debates.
Chassidus: The deeper, inner dimension of Torah.
In peace: A true and complete redemption.
Promise: That Yeshayohu promised about the state of the world in the future times of Moshiach.
Possuk states: Yeshayohu 11:9)
לֹא־יָרֵעוּ וְלֹא־יַשְחִּיתוּ בְכָל־הַר קָדְשִּי כִּי־מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ דֵעָה אֶת־ה׳ כַמַיִּם לַיָם מְכַסִּים “They shall neither harm nor destroy on all My holy mount, for the land shall be full of knowledge of HaShem as water covers the sea bed”.
Seabed: That just as the water of the sea covers all of the seabed so too the knowledge of HaShem will cover and fill the whole world.
