Does Anybody Appreciate Breathing?

The world is distracted. A person should thank Hashem for every single breath of air! For every breath, עַל כָּל נְׁשִׁימָּה וּנְׁשִׁימָּה תְהַלֵל קָּה you are supposed to sing the whole Hallel! (R' Eizik Sher Zatzal). Does anybody appreciate breathing? “Oh no, that’s for Rabbi Miller Zatzal”. They don’t realize, if you wouldn’t breathe, you'd be dead! But no one is into that!
