Even One Who Enjoys Giving is Rewarded: Sefer Rosh Dovid (Parshas Ki Sisa) writes: Know that there are some people with open hands and open hearts who give away whatever they have to others. They provide others with food, clothing, and whatever else they need, with extreme generosity. Since it is in their nature to give and they enjoy giving, one might think that they don’t deserve much reward. However, their tzedakah is still very beloved and valuable to Hashem and they will receive much reward.
