Blessing to a Non-Jewish King

Yosef was pleasantly surprised when an Arab acquaintance from the Middle East sent him a video of the Rebbe King Moshiach Shlita. He said that the video is about the Rebbe King Moshiach Shlita sending a blessing to the King of Morrocco, stating that he is helping the Jewish people in his country and that is why he is successful.
