Kosher Recipe → Gluten-Free “Couscous”

Ingredients:
- Corn Meal
- Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions:
Cook corn meal with a lot of water and a little oil and salt. Stir often with a fork to break it up into a couscous-like texture. Serve in place of couscous with chicken, meat, vegetable stew or whatever you would like.
