The First Dance

The First Dance:

Rav Isaac Humeler zt”l (Rav Yitzchok Isaac Halevi Epstein, one of the leading chasidim of Lubavitch, Rov of the city of Humel, and author of Chana Ariel) related (Igros Kodesh, Admor Mahariyatz, Chelek 6, page 371):

When Moshiach comes and the Avos, Shevatim, Moshe, Aharon, the Nevi’im, Tannaim, Amoraim, Gaonim and Tzadikei Hador come back to life, they will all clamor to be together with the simple Jews. The first dance will be Moshe dancing with these people. Dovid Hamelech will then dance emotionally with those who spent time reciting Tehillim.
