The Greatness of Temimus:
Sefer Siach Zekeinim (Chelek 1, page 70) quotes Rav Yosef Shteichel zt”l as relating that the Skvere Rebbe zy”a noted that although Rashi’s usual style is to be brief, he writes relatively lengthily about the pasuk of “tamim tihiye”.
Rashi writes: “Walk with Him with temimus and hope to Him. Do not inquire about the future; rather, accept whatever happens to you with temimus and then you will be with Him and His portion.”
The Rebbe asks why Rashi reiterates the word “temimus” twice and explains that he is stressing how important it is to serve Hashem unquestioningly and with simplicity.
