With Issarusa Diletatoh. As the Rambam writes (Teshuvah 7:5) All of the prophets commanded concerning repentance; Yisroel will not be redeemed except through repentance. Indeed, the Torah long since assured us that in the end, at the close of the period of exile Yisroel will turn to repentance and be momentarily redeemed.

Where They Both

Both aspects of the ‘designated time’ and ‘with haste’.

Individually

Both aspects have advantages, one aspect has a greater Avodah and the other has a greater light.
