Davening for Parnassah Every Day

The pasuk continues with the words: “And he will give royal delicacies.” The Degel Machaneh Efraim explains this to mean that in addition to Hashem giving us parnassah, we also give parnassah to Him, so to speak, as the Zohar Hakadosh says (Parshas Vayikroh 6B): “Yisroel provides parnassah to their Father in Heaven.” When we daven for our own parnassah, we also are sending parnassah to Shomayim.
