He is happy with his own, and he is happy with what belongs to others. What a pity on Kayin and Korach and Yishmael and Y'ravam ben Nevat, and the same with all those who soured their lives with Kin'ah, Ta'ava, and Kavod. How much greatness and beauty and light (and being an uncomplicated Tam) they are missing! How sweet it is to work on being simple without complicating your life, Chas V'shalom. נ חַ צַדִיק תָּמִים Noach, the Tzadik “Tamim”, וְיַעֲק ב אִיש תָּם ישֵב א הָּלִים Yaakov, the Ish “Tam” who sits in the Bais Medrash (just bury yourself in Torah and enjoy!)
Look at the variations of 12 precious stones, and how beautiful they look as they coexist in harmony with each other. This is the ongoing Nisayon of all mankind; to accept and appreciate those who are different than you are. You are together with them on one Choshen, because being an Ayin Tova gives you all the Schar that they have (besides your own).
