The Person Who Fargins and Is Happy with His Friend’s Greatness Gets a Beautiful Koach in Shamayim

When Sara saw that Yishmael was unable to exist with Yitzchok simultaneously, she said: “This is not for us”. The 12 Shevotim were all very different from each other, and yet they are all together on the Choshen. They accept each other, and appreciate one another. Who was Zoche to the Choshen? Ahron! And upon him it says: לֵב שֶּשָּׂמַח בִגְדוּלַת אָּחִיו יִ לְ בַ ש אוּרִ ים וְ ת וּמִ ים the heart that rejoiced with his brother’s greatness, shall be adorned with the Urim v’Tumim. (Chazal).

Why is the Choshen the reward for: לֵב שֶּשָּׂמַח בִגְדוּלַת אָּחִיו being happy with his brother’s greatness? We can suggest because the Choshen has 12 very different stones all the same size.
