There is a time to say: לָמָּה נִגָרַּע בהעלותך ט ז “Why should I be left out?” i.e., when it's appropriate to want to move up; and there is a time where you end up like a bald Korach, Chas V'shalom, which means potential hair that never happens, and only emerges in Korach’s Einikel, Shmuel HaNavi. There is a time for total Sameach B'chelko, and that will give you true growth. During Korach’s whole Machlokes, Ahron HaCohen almost didn't even open his mouth, similar to: וַּיִדֹּם אַּהֲרֹּן שמיני י ג (Ahron’s silence when his two sons were Niftar suddenly). He always seems on the quiet side, and the Seforim HaKedoshim say that being quiet is connected with having Bitachon.
The quiet Sameach B'chelko who doesn't complain, grows. When all the: מַּ טוֹת sticks of the Shevotim were placed inside Ohel Moed, only the stick of Ahron sprouted! The: לֵב שֶׁשָמַּח בִגְדוּלַּת אָחִיו heart that rejoices with his brother’s greatness, who is always happy and satisfied; he grows! And becomes a beautiful flower and almonds. The best way to grow and advance in Avodas Hashem is to learn Shaar HaBitachon, and to always count your Maalos and thank for them every day.
