Insight → Discovering the Real You that You Never Imagined
Everyone must come up with new insights in Torah. Don’t only use the abilities that you know you have or those that are hidden but close to being revealed. Surprise yourself by bringing out powers of innovation in Torah that you didn’t even know you had! Go beyond what you’re used to, beyond your whole way of thinking. Get your students as well to come up with new insights in Torah using their hidden intellectual powers that no one dreamed that they had! (Get an unbiased person to evaluate how much you are doing this).
In the Redemption through Moshiach, we will use our intellect to serve G-d as a service in and of itself, not only using the intellect to affect the emotions. Since our generation is the last generation of the exile and the first of the Redemption, we do something like this by learning Torah utilizing our pure intellect, especially by learning more Chassidus, including about this intellectual service, and including about the Redemption and Moshiach.
