We have to make sure that the month of Nissan always falls out in the spring. (Rashi). This reminds us how much Hashem loves us, since not only did He save us from the horrible “jail” of Mitzrayim, but He wanted us to have an enjoyable trip, and the springtime is super beautiful and Geshmak. (Chazal). Just as a Yid has to remember Yetzias Mitzrayim daily, so does he have to remember the details (i.e. the beautiful spring weather) of this most phenomenal Chesed that ever happened on planet earth!
Just like remembering Yetzias Mitzrayim gives us hope that we’ll overcome all our own pecklach (as impossible as they may seem) so must we expect goodness even in the details of our lives, like the weather. The person who remembers the: חֹדֶּשׁ הָאָבִיב beautiful weather part of Yetzias Mitzrayim expects all kinds of Chasadim in his life. He can daven for a milder summer and/or winter, and he’ll get it!!
I know plenty of stories where Tzaddikim stopped the annoying rain through Tefila. Such a Yid who remembers the: חֹדֶּשׁ הָאָבִיב beautiful weather of Yetzias Mitzrayim is a top Baal Bitachon who trusts his Father in Shamayim to give him a good life through and through. Notice how when Yosef went to Mitzrayim, the Arabs who took him were selling sweet spices for his convenience. (Rashi).
