The Rebbe says in a Sicha on the 19th Kislev 5752:
“Furthermore, the unity of HaKodosh Boruch Hu is drawn down and revealed into the world (into the public arena as in the public domain) as a result of engaging in studying and disseminating Torah particularly the inner dimension of Torah as is explained in the study of Chassidus which is the state of Yechidah of Torah in which the light of Torah is revealed and illuminated as is emphasised in the expression א וֹ רַייתָּא (which means ‘Torah’ as the statement: Yisroel, Orayssa and Kudsha Brich Hu are all one) is made up from the two words א וֹ ר יַיתֶּא that the light itself (Not just a revelation and expansion from the light) comes and is revealed in every place not just in Loshon Kodesh but also in Targum יַיתֶּא which is a medium between Loshon Kodesh and the seventy languages and from it is extended and pours out influence into all the seventy languages – ‘This is the essence of disseminating the wellsprings (of Chassidus) outwards!”
