They have made you cold on the way. Meaning, the way of coldness has become a trend. It is no longer an occurrence. It is already regular, done, repeated and steady in it. The Person’s heart is no longer broken from it.

קריאה לפורים - ספר שמות פרק י"ז פ"ז
A Chossid of the Beis Aharon ZY”A would come to Karlin on a regular basis. On one instance he did not come for three years. Upon his arrival to Karlin he went into the Bais Aharon. The Bais Aharon asked him where has he been all this time? The Chossid said that he heard a “Vort“ from the Bais Aharon that held him strong for three years. The Bais Aharon called his Koisev (writer) and asked the Chossid to say what he had heard three years ago. The Chossid said, “I heard the Rebbe say , וויא מען איז, וואס מען איז, אידען זענען מיר “Where we are, what we are. Yidden [Jews] we are”.
משנכנס אב ממעטין בשמחה (תענית כ"ו ע"ב)
The Chozeh of Lublin ZY”A said an explanation, with simcha a person can make small (minimize) the month of Av. So to ,משנכנס אדר מרבין בשמחה , when the month of Adar comes in, we make more happiness. A person can increase the Kedusha (Holiness) with Happiness.

וּאֵצֵת הָחְמִשְׂב יִכּ (ישעי' נ"ה י"ב)
With happiness shall you go out. Tzaddikim said a Pshat (definition) to this Possuk, “With gladness a person can go out of all situations. Hashem is the source of all good and through happiness we are attached to Hashem”. Similarly, the Mishna in Taharos says, כל המחובר לטהר טהר - one who is connected to purity is pure. One who is attached to Hashem and Tzadikim can also attain a high level of purity.
הֶוַּצְתּ הָתַּאְו :שמות פכ"ז פ"כ
The Ohr HaChaim Hakodosh explains תצוה is a language of connection צוותא חדא. Moshe Rabbeinu should connect himself with בני ישראל such as .ךל הוצי ויכאלמ In every Yid, in every generation, there is a ניצוץ - spark of Moshe Rabbeinu.
The Sichas HaTzadikim says, therefore by Moshe Rabbeinu ולא ידע איש את קבורתו - nobody knows his burial place, since he is interned in the heart of every Yid.

Menorah, Moshe, and the Mishkon
The Menorah and its lights and everything that Moshe Rabbeinu was shown, and all the vessels of the Mishkon are in reference to Ahava, Yiroh and Simcha of Hakodosh Boruch Hu - G-D. What Moshe Rabbeinu saw was only seen by him and no other person. As it says (Devorim 34:10) ולא קם נביא עוד כמשה, - It has not risen a prophet like Moshe. Therefore, it says - ויקחו אליך it shall be taken by you, specifically, as to say to your intention and understanding.
