Always Speaking With Pleasantness

One erev Yom Kippur, as Rav Refoel was leaving the mikvah, he was approached by a man who started rambling on and on about nonsense. He said, “Nu, the Ramban writes in his Igeres that one should accustom himself to always speak pleasantly to every man and at every time. This even applies to someone who wastes your time with nonsense on erev Yom Kippur after you got out of the mikvah.”
