“ויאמר עשו יש לי רב...ויאמר יעקב...וכי יש לי כל” – Eisav said that he had “רב” – much, while Yaakov said that he had, “כל” – everything. Yaakov Avinu was saying that he had everything he needed, as it says in the Mishna in Avos 4:1 “איזהו עשיר, השמח בחלקו” – who is the wealthy one, the one who his happy with his lot. Eisav was speaking from a point of arrogance, that he had a lot; he had much more than he needed.
