We see another source where the Jewish people are referred to as having a special connection with Hashem’s Chochma-Wisdom from the following:
The first word of the Torah, “ב ְר אש ִית, usually translated as “In the beginning,” can also be translated as “for the sake of ‘רֵ אש ִּית-the first,’ meaning the Jewish people who are “the first” thing in Hashem’s mind (see Rashi on this verse).
'"בְּרֵ אש ִּ ית ' (בְּרֵ אש ִּ ית א, א) – בִּּש ְבִּיל יִּש ְ רָּ אֵל ש נִּּקְ רְ אוּ 'רֵ אש ִּ ית "'.
(Perhaps this is also connected to the translation of Targum Yerushalmi of the word “בְּרֵ אש ִּית-with Chochma-Wisdom,” showing that the Jewish people who are called ‘רֵ אש ִּית-the first’ relate to Chochma-Wisdom which is also called ‘רֵ אש ִּית-the first,’ since it is the first of the Sefiros of Atzilus.)
And the idea of Hashem’s “tefillin” is the connection between the Infinite Light of Hashem with the level of “Ysrael, who are called the ‘first’ thing in Hashem’s ‘mind,’ as it were, which is how they exist in the level of His Chochmah-Wisdom, which is the first of the sefiros of Atzilus.
ר וא ל ש תּורְּ שַקְתִּהַה םֵה ןיִּלִּפְּתַהְו תַניִּחְבִּּב אּוה־ךּורָּּב ף וס־ןיֵא "יִּש ְ רָּ אֵל ש נִּּקְרְ אוּ רֵ אש ִּ ית ," הוּא בְּחִּינַת חָּכְמָּה.
In other words, Hashem fulfills the mitzvah of “tefillin” by connecting Himself with the Jewish people as they exist on the level of Chochma-Wisdom of Atzilus.
