Every Jew Has a Portion in Mishnah Torah:
Sefer Likutei Yehuda quotes his grandfather, the Chiddushei Harim zy”a, as saying that every Jew has their own portion in Sefer Mishnah Torah (Devarim). This is seen from the words: “These are the words that Moshe spoke to all of Yisroel.”
This means that Moshe Rabenu instilled a connection to Mishnah Torah into every Jew.
The Order of the Parshios Hint to The Judgment in Olam Haba:
A few days before the petirah of Rav Meir of Premishlan zy”a, he said some esoteric words of mussar to his chasidim, which they understood to be his final message to them. He used the names of the Parshios in Devarim to hint to the following:
“Eileh hadevarim” – these are the words of Meir. “Va’eschonon” – Meir is pleading to you. “Eikev Re’eh” – look with your eyes and see the future. “Shoftim” – you are going to stand in judgment and you will have to give a reckoning of all of your actions. “Ki Seitzei” – when you leave this world. “Ki Savo” – and when you come to the next world. “Netzavim” – you will stand before the Heavenly Court. “Vayeilech” – you will then go to wherever they take you. “Ha’azinu” – listen to my words. “V’Zos Habracha” – this is Meir’s final blessing to you.
