Perspiration While Saying the Shira is Like a Mikvah:

The Mishnah states (Shabbos 5:1): “Kol baalei hasher nimshachin b’shir. (Any animal that is usually led by a leash may be led with a leash on Shabbos).” The Magid of Trisk explains this to mean that one can lead himself after Hashem through “shir” (song).

The Mishnah then says that if these leashes (shirin) became tamei, they may be sprinkled with water (mazi’in) and purified in their place. The Magid explains to mean that if one perspires (mazi’in) will singing shira to Hashem, he becomes purified as if he immersed in a mikvah.
