The Malbim says that Hashem wanted Moshe Davka to be a כבד פה (hard of speech), so that everyone would know that every word he says is just Hashem speaking though him. There were Gedolei Yisroel who were not good speakers, and yet they turned over worlds. Any lack of abilities can be the biggest asset of your life, since you rely more and more on Hashem.

Like being not so capable in raising children or Zikkui HaRabbim, your job, relationships, Parnasa, and even health. The Shomer Emunim says that there were Tzaddikim who lived: לַֹשֶַּׁאַע ַלַַפ ַיַַַעב ַטֶַּ beyond Tevah for many years (missing all kinds of necessary physical abilities).
