As a result of the above-mentioned Avodah the B’nei Yisroel have the potential to draw down ‘Machshova’ and ‘Dibbur’ into the land. This means that there shall even be the spiritual Avodah of [spiritually] capturing the land in Chutz Lo’Oretz. As in the adage of the Tzemach Tzedek: מאַךְ דָא אֶׁרֶׁץ יִׁשְׁרָאֵׁל “Transform this place into Eretz Yisroel”, as a result of this we can bring and draw nearer the upcoming redemption so that there shall be an actual capturing of the land, [followed by] the entry into Eretz Yisroel which shall be literally accomplished.
Furthermore, this shall be just as the Possuk states [with regard to the Meraglim]: חָיוּ מִׁן־הָאֲנָשִׁים [as Rashi translates this to mean] “They took the spies’ portion in the Land”, [which means in our context] that this generation even elevates the portions of land that belonged to all those generations who did not merit to experience the redemption during their time.
