From the hand of my brother, from the hand of Eisov. (32:12)
Rashi explains, sometimes Eisov comes in the form of a brother and sometimes in the form of an enemy. Yaakov Avienu was Mispallel for both situations each one more dangerous than the other. Even though we see that he said my brother first, as this can be even more dangerous spiritually.
As it says in Medrash Rabbah 24, "It is worse to make one sin, than to kill him".
