The Miracle of Chanukoh and Mesiras Nefesh

As we approach the great days of Chanukoh, then too it was,

דַיְבּ םיִאֵמְטוּ .םיִטַּעְמ דַיְבּ םיִבַּרְו .םיִשָׁלַּח דַיְבּ םיִרוֹבִּג ָתְּרַסָמ ˃ֶתָרוֹת יֵקְסוֹע דַיְבּ םיִדֵזְו .םיִקיִדַּצ דַיְבּ םיִעָשְׁרוּ .םיִרוֹהְט.

The Nes (miracle) of Chanukoh was not in proportion of numbers. It was the Siyatoh DiShmayoh (Heavenly intervention) and the Mesiras Nefesh (sacrifice) of Klall Yisroel. As for the more a Yid does for Hashem, Hashem repays to the extent of above and beyond the Derech HaTeva (worldly way). May Hashem bestow upon us a Ruchniyusdigoh (spiritual) Ruach to envelop us in our daily lives, steadily.
