Looking Through the Right Lens

When a person serves Hashem be’emes, he becomes the pinnacle of creation—and, by definition, everything stands at the ready to serve him. And so, we must think about this as we’re engaged in our avodah. How special and precious is our avodah—the entire world was created to serve it.

When we look at the world through this lens, our entire mindset changes. We will begin to appreciate the importance and the preciousness of our avodas Hashem. We will begin to prioritize what is important and what isn’t, and what is created to serve what purpose.

In this way, we will live properly, and we will serve Hashem on far loftier levels.
