Look how the worst Chet HaEigel produces the biggest Bracha for Klal Yisroel, when Shevet Levi became the representatives of Klal Yisroel in the Bais Hamikdash, since they stood up for Kavod Shamayim even against their own relatives (see RSRH). Also, right after Chet HaEigel, Moshe Rabeinu had an: עֵּ ת רָ צוֹן favorable time (Rashi) in becoming super close with Hashem.
וְּנַהֲפוֹךְ הוּא V'nahapoch Hu’s are all over the place, and they will be present in your own life, depending on how much you believe in them, and how much time you spend in working on Shaar HaBitachon. The Purim story started with loads of fake fun; Seudas Achashveirosh was loaded with Redifas HaKavod & Gilui Arayos, Rachmana Litzlan. And it spilled over to Klal Yisroel, and almost destroyed them, Rachmana Litzlan.
In the end, just the opposite took place. Although Achashverosh was looking for the biggest: יְּפַת תֹאַר beauty, which is: הֶבֶל הַיֹפִּי משלי לא ל Hevel (worthless), in the end: וַתְּהִּי אֶסְּתֵּר נֹשֵּאת חֵּן בְּעֵּינֵּי כָל רֹאֶיהָ ב טו וַתִּשָא חֵּן וָחֶסֶד לְּפָנָיו ב יז Esther found favor in everyone’s eyes, including Achashverosh. According to the Gr"a, Esther became an ugly: יְּרַקְּרֹקֶת green because of her Tza'ar (distress) for being involved in Achashverosh’s fake world. Yet, she won him and everyone else over, with her Chen and her beautiful Middos.
And Mordechai become heir to the position of Haman (מִּשְּנֶה לַמֶלֶךְ second to the king). Not only did Klal Yisroel get rid of their fake fun (they did Teshuva for having pleasure from Seudas Achashveirosh) but all the Goyim also had pleasure from the beauty of the truth of Mordechai & Esther. And this can be why the last (but not least) of all the Maalos, Tefilin, takes over.
Chazal say about Tefilin Shel Rosh: וְּרָאוּ כָל עַמֵּי הָאָרֶץ כִּי שֵּם ה' נִּקְּרָא עָלֶיך וְּיָרְּ אוּ מִּמֶךָ תבא כח י the nations of the world will see that the name of Hashem is upon you, and they will fear you. And indeed: וְרַבִׂים מֵעַמֵי הָאָרֶץ מִׂתְיַהֲדִׂ ים כִׂי נָפַל פַּחַד הַיְּהוּדִׂ ים עֲלֵיהֶם אסתר ח יז many people from the nations were M'gayer.
