You may be poor, either spiritually and/or materially, but if working on being satisfied is a major part of your life, then you are a Bracha person. וַאֲכַלְּתֶם לַחְּמְּכֶם לָּשבַע כו ה you will eat your bread to satiation; Rashi says that you eat just a little and you are already full. Look how the Torah wants people to be full and satisfied. The Mitzva Min HaTorah of saying Bircas HaMazon is on: וְּאָכַלְּתָ וְּשָּבָּעְּתָּ וּבֵּרַכְּתָ עקב ח י when you eat until you are FULL.
Now you have a Mitzvas Aseh Min HaTorah to say Bircas HaMazon. Being "full" is obviously a big Inyan in Yiddishkeit. And for sure it symbolizes the mode of Yaakov Avinu, who said: יֶׁש לִי כֹּל וישלח לג יא I have EVERYTHING. The real great people are those who insist they are full even while they have all kinds of struggles. This is real Emuna and Bitachon. This is a person who truly believes in: כָל מַאי דְּ עָבֵּיד רַחְּמָנָא לְּטַב עָבֵּיד Whatever Hashem does, is surely best.
