Look how Moshe Rabeinu is extreme in being positive. In one Passuk, he says 3 times: 1. הָ אָ רֶ ץ הַ טּוֹבָ ה the “good” land, 2. הָ הָ ר הַ טּוֹב the “good” mountain, 3. he describes the Bais Hamikdash as: וְהַ לְ בָ נןוֹ “Levanon”, since it whitens (purifies) from sin. And later, he refers to Eretz Yisroel as: הָ אָ רֶ ץ הַ טּוֹבָ ה “the good land” again and again. Moshe never gets tired of speaking positive! And how he discusses Klal Yisroel with such glowing terms: רַ ק עַ ם חָ כָם וְנָבוֹן הַ גּוֹי הַ גָ דוֹל הַ זֶ הד ו an unusually intelligent and comprehending people, this great nation, כִּ י מִּ י גוֹי גָ דוֹל אֲ שֶ ר לוֹ אֱ לֹקִּ ים קְ רֹבִּ ים אֵ לָ יו ד ז Who is such a great nation like them, that Hashem always answers their Tefilos, and again: וּמִּ י גּוֹי גָ דוֹל אֲ שֶ ר לוֹ חֻ קִּ ים וּמִּ שְ פָ טִּ ים צַ דִּ יקִּ ם ד ח Who is such a great nation like them, that has such fair lawsּ? **
Moshe calls us a: גּוֹי גָ דוֹל great nation three times in three Pesukim one after another like a broken record. And look how he praises the Torah: מִּ שְ פָ טִּ ים צַ דִּ יקִּ ם fair laws.ּ And of course, his awe over Hashem, when he says: אֶ ת גָּדְ לְ ךָ וְאֶ ת דְ ךָ הַ חֲ זָקָ ה אֲ שֶ ר יַעֲ שֶ ה כְ מַ עֲ שֶ יךָ וְכִּ גְ בוּרֹתֶ ךָ יָ ג כד Your greatness and strength, who can accomplish such powerful achievements like You?! We need to learn from Moshe how to become extremely positive, about Hashem and our Torah and about Klal Yisroel, and also our parents and friends, our town (Lakewood) and Yeshiva... and: אַ חֲ רוֹןיב בִּ חָ the last but not least, ourselves! ***
